SHISTECH was conceptualized with an ambitious vision: to create an event that fosters talent in the fields of STEM in a wide diaspora of students. SHISTECH is the amalgamation of that vision, with innovative events testing a wide range of skills exploring every field of Computer Science & Technology.

Achieved in my time as Director:

- Hosted 400+ Participants from 27 Schools Pan-India
- Conceptualized and Managed HackTrack, CodeEclipse, Quizzard, Picturesque, Bladestorm and ReelCraft Events.
- Managed 70 Member Team across 4 Domains (IT, Design, Event-Management, Social Media).
- Established Sponsorship Structure with Replit, Github, Taskade and .xyz valued at 1.5 Cr Rupees
- Maintained Profit Margins with a Zero Participant Fee Structure amidst Cash Prizes worth Rs. 30000
